Consumer mediation – Amicable settlement of disputes

In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may, free of charge, refer the matter to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute.

For any dispute relating to the performance of this mandate, the principal, if a "consumer" within the meaning of the introductory article of the French Consumer Code, is informed that they may refer the matter to the consumer mediator.
